Clear the cache.

Sometimes, you just need something to reset your mind in the middle of the day. Whether it’s a quick workout, to get the endorphins flowing. Sometimes there are so many thoughts, decisions, stress, frustration, ideas that build up the first half of the day, it gets too cloudy to think and function for the rest of the day – not in an efficient way. If it gets too cloudy, I’ll take a shower to reset my mindspace, kind of like a Mental Emotional Reboot to clear the cache.
