Money is just a symbol of an exchange. An exchange of touch points between people. When we’re able to connect with people in a way that brings people what they need or want and vice versa. An exchange of thoughts, ideas, creativity, experience, knowledge in the form of service, products or art.
That is when money is merely a token of our exchange, touch points between people.
Everyone brings their thoughts, ideas, creativity, experience and knowledge to what they do. Their gifts, what they excel at, how they see the world, how they solve problems, the kind of answers they value, how they relate and communicate with others. Whether they’re a plumber, accountant, mechanic, engineer, doctor, cook, in hospitality, and everyone from A to Z. Everyone brings their unique ability, vision, experience, process, ideas, creativity the way no one else can, that is the value of the exchange, that is what people value and need from each other.
Money isn’t just a transaction of work and time.
